All committee chairmen are members of the Board and must attend all General and Board Meetings when their committees are active. They give reports at meetings and submit articles for publication in the newsletter. Each committee chairman makes sure her committee operates within its budget, and promptly submits receipts to the Treasurer. Committee chairmen are also responsible for giving the First Vice President the names of members that served on their committees.

The proceeds from the raffles are donated to the Children's Charity, The Twins' Mothers Club Welfare Fund and the Madeline Geisen Scholarship Fund according to the formula outlined in the Standing Rules.
