President: She presides over all General Meetings, Board Meetings, and Executive Committee Meetings. By virtue of her office, she is considered a member of all committees except the Nominating Committee. She has the privilege of choosing the recipient of the Annual Charity Event and appointing all committee chairmen. She lets the Board of Trustees know when there is a member who may be in need of help from the Welfare fund, and advises them in the administration of the fund. She is responsible for setting meeting and summer workshop schedules and for booking halls for General Meetings. She also oversees some committees and functions including Bylaws, Helping Hand, National Rep, Parliamentarian, State Rep, and all Special Committees. The buck stops here!

First Vice President: She serves as the President's "right hand man" and presides over meetings when the President can't be there. She oversees all financial committees and functions including Attendance, Budget and Finance, Charity, Madeline Geisen Scholarship, Librarian, Newsletter, Research, Thrift, and Ways and Means. She is in charge of keeping the Service Record Book accurate and up-to-date. She is also responsible for storing any club property that doesn't belong to a specific committee - or that no one else wants in their house!

Second Vice President: She helps out the President and First Vice President and presides over meetings when neither of them are able to attend. She is in charge of membership and is the club's official hostess. She is the one listed on all publicity and contact information, and receives calls and emails from prospective members. She runs the 7:30 discussion group for new and prospective members at General Meetings. She oversees all membership-related committees and functions including Big Sister, Outreach and Connections, Park Program, Publicity, Sunshine, Support Guidebook, and Woodbine. She is responsible for updating the membership list and making copies available to the membership.

Third Vice President: She assists the President, First Vice President and Second Vice President, and presides over meetings when none of them can be there! She organizes field trips and social events for couples, kids, and just for moms. She oversees all social functions and related committees including Couples Night Out, Halloween Party, Historian, Holiday Party, Installation Dinner, Program, Progressive Dinner, Refreshments, and Seven & Older Event.

Treasurer: She is responsible for all the money that goes into and out of the club. She makes deposits at our bank, keeps track of bills and receipts, and reimburses committee chairpeople for their budgeted expenses. She receives dues and gives members membership cards when they pay their dues. She notifies members when/if their dues are late. She gives a report of all club accounts at each General and Board Meeting, outlining receipts and expenditures.

Recording Secretary: She takes the minutes at all General and Board Meetings. She gives copies of the minutes to the Newsletter Editor for publication in the newsletter. She records the number of members in attendance at all General and Board Meetings.

Corresponding Secretary: She visits the Post Office Box before each General and Board Meeting and distributes the mail. She assists in all matters of correspondence (except Publicity), and gives the President copies of all correspondence.
