State and National Reps are elected along wtih the Club Officers in May. There are two State Reps and two National Reps. They are considered members of the Board and should attend all General and Board Meetings. They give reports at meetings and submit articles for publication in the newsletter.
State Reps: Attend NJATMC (New Jersey Association of Twins' Mothers Clubs) meetings. They keep the club informed of activities going on in State, as well as benefits State has to offer our members. They also serve as delegates to the State Convention each year, representing our club.
National Reps: Make sure that new members of TMC of BC (Twins' Mothers Club of Bergen County) are added to the NOMOTC (National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs) membership roster. They are also responsible for making sure that our National dues payments are kept up to date. National Reps receive mailings from National chock full of information of value to our members. They digest the information, and report to our membership about current research, information, and services. They also serve as delegates to the National Convention each year, representing our club.
